You will need:
Egg yolks - 7
Mascarpone - 600gr
Lady fingers - 20 or 30
Bitter cocoa powder
The first step is whipping the egg yolks (approx. 1/2 cup) and the sugar until they are very thick. This is done using a double boiler method with a bowl over a pot of simmering water. I like using a bowl because there are no corners that I can’t get into. This is your Sabayon.
Next, add the mascarpone and mix it together until fully incorporated and smooth.
The last step is gently folding in the whipped cream into the sabayon mixture.
The next step is assembling the tiramisu.
Soak the ladyfingers in the coffee mixture briefly. Don’t let them get soggy
Set your pan up with a layer of the coffee-soaked ladyfingers.
Then add your first layer of tiramisu cream. Use half of your mixture and spread it evenly.
Add a second layer of prepared ladyfingers to the pan.
Add the remainder of the tiramisu cream and spread evenly. Dust the tiramisu with cocoa and you’re finished!
Now comes the hardest part. Let the tiramisu set up for at least 6 hours, overnight is best.

I didn't prepare the "suprema de pollo" as there are butchers here that sell them ready for deep frying :)
Anyway, this is how it's done:
Suprema de pollo
cut the chicken breast into thin slices
beat eggs with a pich of salt, you can add chopped garlic, parsley, pepper if you want
put the chicken into the eggs and then cover with bread crumbs
deep fry until golden (low to medium heat is better)
measure the white rice (not parboiled). I cooked half a cup, the pic shows about half of it
rinse 2 or 3 times (until water is almost clear)
use of a no stick saucepan is better
put the rice and twice the volume of water in the saucepan. In my case I used 1 cup
put to a boil and then lower to minimun until the water is consumed (you can hear a crackling sound)
turn off the heat, put a lid and wait 10 mins.
I put some furikake rice seasoning on it (nori-tamago)

30g Malz oder Zucker
10 Minuten kneten (von Hand)
4 Minuten kneten (Maschine)
1 Stunde liegen lassen
1 Pack Tomatensauce, Oregano, Basilikum, Salz, Pfeffer, Knoblauch
mit beliebigen Zutaten belegen.
500g W700 flour
20g olive oil
30g malt or sugar
Knead for 10 minutes (by hand)
Knead for 4 minutes (machine)
Leave for 1 hour
1 pack tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, garlic

My vegan easy dish :
250 ml tomato sauce
137.5g of vegan minced meat
100g to 200g of store bought cut veggies, because I am lazy
A bit of curry paste,
A clove of garlic.
Oil to cook in
Use a garlic press on the garlic.
Then start with baking the vegan minced meat for a few minutes at a good temperature. Just as if it were real minced meat. Add tomato sauce, add the veggies, add the curry paste and garlic. Let it heat for a few minutes more.
